Useful questions to ask during the interview:
Arrow How long as the company been established and how many employees do you have?
Arrow How many people will be in my department and who will be my direct manager?
Arrow I have looked at your website, can you tell me more about X?
Arrow Do you have any company Information or literature I could take away with me?
Arrow What sort of training do you offer?
Arrow Why has this vacancy arisen?

‘Closing’ the Interview:
Arrow Summarise why you would be good for the role, highlighting previous experience and point out your strengths.

Arrow Establish that you are interested in the vacancy:

  • “This sounds like just what I’m looking for”
  • “I am Definitely interested in the job role”
  • “I would love to meet with the team/line manager"
  • “Have you seen any other candidates”
  • “How soon will you be making a decision?”
  • “If you’re interested in me, I would be able to start fairly soon”
