Job Description
- Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to develop and maximise business partnerships maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- You will be able to understand the clients business priorities, IT spend, operations and IT capabilities to actively position yourself to promote the product portfolio.
- Due to the nature of the role you will need to have a flexible approach to your working hours, including occasional over night stays.
Skills:
- It is essential you have a strong record of managing and developing customer relationships within the hospitality, retail and/or IT sectors being of special interest.
- Previous project management experience, ideally within an IT service environment with a good technical understanding of IT concepts.
