What data do we collect about you?

We obtain personal data about you when you complete your profile and submit your curriculum vitae. This personal data includes data such as your name, postal address, email address and telephone number, together with current, past and future work experience, skills experience and future job preferences. We also obtain further information about you when we take up references from past employers/clients. As an Employment Bureaux and member of REC (www.rec.uk.com), we are required to take up references on you.

We may record and store any telephone calls you have with our Recruiters for record keeping and quality control purposes.
We may undertake credit references, and other lawful checks, where requested to do so by a client organisation.

We need your help to ensure that the data we hold is as accurate and up to date as possible. To achieve this we ask you to update your profile regularly and at minimum at least every 6 months. We are reliant on you supplying us with a factually accurate and complete picture of you and your requirements.

How do we process your data?

Your personal data will be stored in our database.

We may pass on your personal details to: other companies in the same group to assist you in finding you work; to regulators, lawyers or auditors for regulatory, legal and audit reasons; to any referee whose details are provided to us by you.

Who are your Clients and how do you vet them?

Clients can register for our services by telephone, online or in person. We will vet prospective clients for creditworthiness, trading history and any other pertinent factors we feel are necessary.

Can your Clients access my personal data?

We will not forward your details to our clients without discussing the client and the relevant opportunity with you first, and then getting your consent to us forwarding your details to them.

How secure is data held by us?

We use industry standard firewall technology to protect your personal data in our databases.

Cookies

In order to improve our internet services to you we will occasionally use cookies. A cookie is a small amount of data that our website send to your web browser when you visit certain parts of our website and the use of which is intended to assist us in understanding your use of our website.

Your Legal Data Protection Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the information held by us about you in our records in return for the payment of a small fee. You also have the right to correct any inaccuracies in the information.
