Job Description

Our client operates within the financial services industry, and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Admin Coordinator to join their hardworking and committed team of Account Manages within a busy Collections department.

Our client has fantastic offices, based in the heart of Nottingham City Centre, which is easily commutable for all. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation, with a great working atmosphere!

Duties:

  • Assist the Account Managers to support a portfolio of clients
  • Work to in-depth company policies and procedures and regulated financial conduct
  • Provide administrative support to the collections and sales teams
  • Provide written correspondence, to include letters and emails
  • Provide appropriate payment options within company guidelines
  • Handle confidential customer information, such as personal details and bank information

Background:

  • Previous office based administration experience essential
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good knowledge of financial regulations highly desirable
  • Prior experience within a busy customer service or contact centre preferred
  • Confident user of computer systems, to include MS Office and databases

Salary: c£16,500 D.O.E. 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm/8:00am-4:30pm rota
