Our client is a successful organisation who are seeking a proactive and successful Team Leader to join the Customer Services Team. The successful candidate will have experience in both project management/onboarding new clients as well as managing a team to ensure the best customer service possible.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in a contact centre, though candidates with a strong experience in different sectors will also be considered. Ideally, a candidate will have experience with visiting clients and securing new business but the role will not involve any cold calling. The hours are Monday to Friday 9-5, although may occasionally require out of hours working.
