Job Description

Express Recruitment are currently supporting our client, a large local organisation, with a busy recruitment period. Our client is looking to recruit to a number of full time temporary administration and reception based vacancies within different teams across Nottinghamshire, particularly North Nottinghamshire, Annesley and Mansfield.

Duties include:

  • Answer telephone and email queries from members of the public
  • Update a bespoke database with confidential details
  • Attend confidential meetings and take minutes
  • Liaise with external businesses including medical and legal professionals
  • Filing and faxing of confidential documents

Background:

  • Previous admin experience or graduate level education essential
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of the Data Protection Act
  • Knowledge of IT systems, to include MS Office

These positions are initially temporary, looking to continue for approximately 3 months, however extensions and ‘temp to perm’ opportunities may be available for the right people!!
