Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a large Engineering giant based near to Nottingham City Centre. Our award winning client is looking for an experienced Coordinator to support one of their busy customer facing teams with a varied workload.

Duties to include:

  • Handle a broad range of customer service enquiries on a daily basis
  • Liaise with a broad range of customers and suppliers to ensure orders are achievable
  • Input a range of financial and service related data on bespoke packages such as Sage
  • Schedule appointments on behalf of Sales colleagues and Field Engineers
  • Ensure company profile is updated and maintained daily
  • Upsell and promote additional products to customers

Background required:

  • Previous experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment essential
  • Strong administration skills essential
  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Knowledge of IT Systems, to include; MS Office and Sage
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Confident communicator
