Job Description

We’re currently for experienced office professionals to work on a temporary project with one of our exciting public sector clients based in the Loughborough area.

Duties:

  • Using Microsoft Office and an in house database as required
  • Booking appointments and handling diary management duties
  • Answering telephone calls, and taking messages
  • Sending email correspondence and letters on behalf of the company
  • Filing and archiving documents as required
  • Printing, scanning and faxing when necessary 

Background:

  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Organisational skills
  • Proficient typist (50+wpm is desirable)
  • Previous administration experience or graduate level education
  • Ability to use MS Office in a professional capacity

Candidates who have current Standard/Enhanced DBS Check’s, or those willing to process them, are of particular interest.
