Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a well-established law firm, with modern and spacious offices in the heart of Nottingham City Centre. They are a busy and popular firm, with a broad client base. The ideal candidate will be friendly and personable, with the ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment.

Duties to include:

  • File paper records accurately from client cases
  • Update client case files on the bespoke legal database
  • Assist Fee Earners with all other associated admin tasks as required
  • Support accounts department by sending correspondence and depositing money
  • Close down case files on a bespoke database, ensure all client data is in beforehand

Background:

  • Office experience highly advantageous
  • Happy to ‘turn hand to anything’, flexible approach to work
  • Computer literate, able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Good level of written English, full understanding of the alphabet

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Salary: c£7.05 - £7.50 per hour
Location: Nottingham City Centre,
Basis: Temporary for 9 months, future roles may be available for a candidate looking to work hard and prove themselves in the work place
