Charley certainly personifies the word ‘Express’ when it comes to her levels of efficiency within the workplace. Starting back in 2013, Charley joined Express Recruitment as an Apprentice, and has since progressed through the Temporary Divisional ranks to her current role as a dedicated Client Account Manager.

During her time here, Charley has been heavily involved in both Temporary and Permanent Recruitment, becoming an expert in relationship building, business introducing, and sourcing and screening the talented candidates across the East Midlands.

Charley is a very authentic and funny team member and has built excellent partnerships with her clients, candidates and colleagues alike! Charley’s role as Client Account Manager offers a constant point of contact and fountain of expertise for our Commercial Divisions and if it’s ‘Temp’ related, Charley will always be a safe bet!

Charley really enjoy trying new foods. Her favourite season is winter because she loves bundling up in warm blankets and sipping hot chocolate when it’s cold outside. But what makes her happiest is going on holidays and day trips with her family. Whether she’s exploring new places or just spending time with her loved ones, these moments create special memories.
