After a new and exciting role switch to become Express Recruitment’s first ever Business Analyst & Continuous Improvement Officer, Louise is an integral part of the team, supporting Express Recruitment in keeping at the forefront of the recruitment game. Louise is willing to take on any challenge or project that arises, and is able to easily solve complex and unique problems which made her the perfect person for her new analytical role filled with graphs, Excel and datasheets.

With her previous knowledge and experience, ensuring all of our talented temporary workers were paid each week, she is no stranger to working hard to meet strict deadlines and consistently being highly organised.

Louise enjoys going out and trying weird and wonderful food from around the world with her friends and family, attending live gigs and festivals, and spending time with her furry best friend, Nox (don’t worry, photos are included below!)
