Why are we shouting about #StressAwarenessDay?

According to Mind, stress is accumulated in two ways. Firstly, it is “our reaction to being placed under pressure”, and secondly, it is created by “situations or events that put pressure on us”. It is not something we enjoy, nor revel in, however, it is something we can try and avoid.

Our aim is to remind our clients that “recruitment” and stress shouldn’t be synonymous!

Clients… you’re running around like a headless chicken, juggling a sickening amount of tasks.
