In return, our client is offering a starting salary of c£22,000 alongside other fantastic benefits.

Initially this role will be Leicester based until the end on an assignment, where it will then switch back to their Derby based office.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide 1^st line technical support via email and telephone
• Action and log tickets in an appropriate time frame to align with personal KPIs
• Maintain the company’s high level of customer service throughout your daily tasks

Skills & Experience 

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Demonstrable understanding of windows operating systems
• Networking troubleshooting and maintenance
