Express Recruitment are once again supporting one of the UK’s leading entertainment technology firms, who due to ongoing growth, are seeking a 1st Line IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their expanding technical team.  

Please note this is a full time, office-based position based at our client’s newly refurbished facilities.  

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about both technology and providing first class customer service as well as possessing a passion for resolving issues to ensure exceptional company standards are maintained.

Roles & Responsibilities  

• Assist the 1st Line helpdesk team with any technical queries 
• Escalate complicated technical issues to the 2nd/3rd line team 
• Log calls on the in-house CRM system 
• Respond to issues raised via ticketing system 
• Perform 1st line troubleshooting and attempt to identify root cause analysis 
• Adhere to company processes and procedures to ensure customer standards are maintained  
• Carry out ongoing training on internal, custom-built systems  

Skills & Experience 

• Experience in retail or a customer service environment preferable 
• Previous experience working within an IT environment beneficial 
• IT related qualifications desirable but not essential  
• Confident communicator with customers and colleagues 
• Experience in proven fault identifications and troubleshooting beneficial
