Express Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established MSP firm based in Northwest Leicestershire, who due to ongoing growth, are seeking an Account Executive to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, including further expanding their clientele as well as effectively building relationships and providing consultative support, ensuing high retention and net revenue growth.

In return, you can expect to receive a salary of up to c£30,000 with an uncapped commission structure with expected earnings of up to c£50,000-c£60,000 per annum, plus other employee perks.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Manage and build relationships with a portfolio of clients, developing a deep understating of client’s business models in order to tailor solutions
• Develop own new sales pipeline through generating leads, cold calling, and networking
• Occasionally travel to face-to-face meetings, including client offices, events and conferences
• Provide clients and prospects with detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations
• Handle own internal administration, including updating the CRM, providing monthly reports and sales pipeline forecasting

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar role in an IT MSP environment, selling hardware/technical/telecom support
• Rounded software and hardware knowledge including, but not limited to cloud systems, Microsoft Office 365 and network technologies
• Target orientated with the ability to tailor technical solutions for specific client requirements
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner, able to develop positive rapport and relations with stakeholders
• Full UK driving licence essential
