Due to continued success, we are on the hunt for an aspiring Account Manager to join our prestigious city centre-based client. Our client operates in the Professional Services sector and has experienced unprecedented success in 2022 which has resulted in a continued period of growth across multiple divisions.

The successful candidate will be a warm and outgoing individual, who will become responsible for responding to all inbound enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and displaying strong commercial acumen to secure the business.

In return for your hard work and success, you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of up to c£23,000 + a quarterly bonus structure equivalent to c£7000 per annum!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Qualify leads from the company website and inbound calls and emails
• Generate and provide quotes for services to potential clients
• Provide support and updates to the Business Development team
• Proactively try and convert inbound leads with the goal of gaining client instruction
• Create an online brand and presence via LinkedIn

Skills & Experience

• Strong written and verbal client relationship skills
• Target driven and growth orientated
• Able to successfully build relationships with people
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Excellent attention to detail
