Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an established, market-leading advanced manufacturing business, who are looking to recruit an Account Manager to their join their established and growing team, based near Eastwood.

Taking responsibility for supporting in all aspects of customer service and inside sales, the successful candidate will have experience in direct make to order manufacturing, in a similar customer-facing position.

Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with current customers to manage orders, handle enquiries and gauge future demand
• Manage order processing including invoicing, and credits
• Gather, assess, and handle relevant information for product and service inquiries
• Maintain and manage customer accounts within the ERP system

Experience & Skills

• Experience in direct make to order manufacturing
• Experience in a similar customer-facing position
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Long term career aims
