Our client is looking for a Utilities Administrator for their head office based in Shirebrook. They are looking for someone to identify and implement cost saving opportunities whilst communicating with the main energy suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have experience within utilities administration, have excellent attention to detail and be able to organise and prioritise workload.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to save costs
  • Liaise with internal departments as well as external contractors
  • Process invoices and ensure they are ready for payment as per terms
  • Create monthly statements

Skills & Experience

  • Utilities administration is essential
  • Strong IT skills using MS Office Platforms including Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative

Hours: Full Time

Salary: Up to c£20,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
