We’re on the search for an Administrator to join a fast-expanding company based in Nottingham for a 6-month fixed term contract position. This role is well suited to an individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a previous experience working within an office environment.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Resolve customer queries over the phone and via email
  • Conduct front of house duties including, answering of the phone, meet & greet of clients, visitors, providing refreshments etc.
  • Answer incoming calls and diverting to the correct department required
  • Provide administrative support to other departments in the business
  • Process card payments for customers and clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Good previous administration experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to change
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills desirable.

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Salary: c£20,500 per annum D.O.E

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Job Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
