Our client is looking for an Archiving Assistant to join their growing team to help with archiving, filing, and scanning of confidential documents.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • File and scan confidential documents
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Input information into a database
  • General administration duties

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent computer skills with confidence using databases
  • Previous administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Platforms
  • Strong communication skills, with a good telephone manner

Hours: Full Time

Salary: c£18,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Burton Upon Trent
