Our client, a leading global fashion company, is looking for a positive, hardworking customer operation representative to join their busy team.
In this role you will be working in their customer service team managing their corporate retail accounts. You will be liaising with clients via the phone and email, to resolve any product queries and ensure they are satisfied.
This role is a full time, permanent, remote working role with the working hours of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-1:00pm on Fridays. Currently this role is remote working however candidates are required to live within a commutable distance of the office based in Nottingham as the company will move to hybrid working in 2022.
