Our client, a leading global fashion company, is looking for a positive, hardworking customer operation representative to join their busy team.

In this role you will be working in their customer service team managing their corporate retail accounts. You will be liaising with clients via the phone and email, to resolve any product queries and ensure they are satisfied.

This role is a full time, permanent, remote working role with the working hours of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am-1:00pm on Fridays. Currently this role is remote working however candidates are required to live within a commutable distance of the office based in Nottingham as the company will move to hybrid working in 2022.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the customer or internal stakeholder with any enquiry or problem concerning their orders
  • Maintain accurate customer account information, efficient billing of all orders, and maintenance of all required paperwork
  • Process and monitor all orders in an efficient manner
  • Advise customers on market conditions affecting their orders
  • Work closely with external partners for the creation of customising garments for customer requirements

Skills & Experience 

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to build a rapport with customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure

Hours: Full Time

Salary: Up to c£22,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
