We’re looking for a highly ambitious customer service professional to join a leading global company at it’s Nottingham HQ. Unlike many customer service roles, in this role the successful candidate will play a key part in the entire customer journey where they will be responsible for building long lasting relationship with key stakeholders.

Duties to include:

  • Handling a high volume of customer telephone calls and emails
  • Utilise opportunities to upsell to existing customers to increase recurring revenue
  • Take ownership and be responsible for resolving any issues
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • Work towards a set of SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction

Background required:

  • Previous experience in a predominately telephone-based customer service or sales role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good IT skills, to include MS Office
  • Able to naturally build rapport

Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: c£26,000 per annum D.O.E
