Express Recruitment delighted to be supporting a global construction consultancy who are currently seeking to recruit a small team of surveyors, to support their operations in the Caerphilly area. This role will start in September 2024 and continue for 12 months however there will be potential to extend, there are also part-time options available for those able to commit to days Monday-Friday.

You will also be given the opportunity to undertake HHSRS training which is fully funded.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys on local properties with knowledge of WHQS
• Undertake full HHSRS property assessments
• Follow policies relating to asbestos management
• Create reports on property conditions

Skills & Experience

• Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying essential
• Knowledge of Welsh Housing Quality Standards preferred
• Previous experience in residential housing or building surveying preferred
• Be able to build relationships with customers face to face quickly
• Clean UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle essential
