Express Recruitment are working with a highly reputable organisation who are currently seeking an experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations and quality of service for a group of busy Residential Care Homes. The successful candidate will be able to actively contribute to the team and have a passion to drive standards forward and take responsibility for the team to deliver targets.

The successful candidate will be office based, and not required to work on the care home sites.

Duties to include:

• Resolve any service delivery issues within available resources
• Improve the performance of front line and operational staff
• Act as a professional example to the team to ensure high standards
• Plan service delivery targets for the team and ensure they are regularly met
• Work with the CQC to adhere to current protocols and guidance
• Deploy and manage assigned budgets and take corrective action where necessary

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience of previous leadership and development in the cares sector
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of key issues affecting the healthcare sector in the current climate
• Detailed understanding of commissioning new policies
• Able to effectively lead and motivate a team successfully
• Qualification in Social Work, Healthcare or equivalent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: c£300-c£350 per day, DOE

Location: West Bridgford, Nottingham
