Our client is looking for an individual who would like to improve prospects for employment within their community, and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in either a recruitment or people orientated role, ideally working with vulnerable individuals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process background checks and assessments for potential service users
• Provide CIAG (Coaching, advice, guidance and support) to participants
• Liaise with third-party organisations via telephone, email and face to face
• Attend events to build relationships and network with local organisations
• Use reporting tools and data management portals to ensure updates are completed

Background and Qualifications

• Experience of working within an environment with vulnerable/challenging individuals
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Confident delivering CIAG
• Able to show compassion and build rapport with participants
• Experience of working towards targets preferred
• Passionate about helping people/making a difference

Vacancy Summary
