We’re looking for bright and enthusiastic customer service professionals who are looking to embark on a new challenge with a well-recognised Midland’s based professional services company.

Our client provides some complex services and has some very important customers, so it is imperative that the successful candidate is eager to learn about the various products and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, both over the telephone and email. You will be the first point of contact for many key clients, so it is essential that you ensure every client has a positive experience.

In return, you will receive:

  • Desirable working hours of Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Competitive salary between c£18,000 – £23,000 dependent on experience

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Good written English

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Salary: Up to c£23,000 D.O.E
