The perfect candidate will have a strong contact centre leadership background or a proven track career within training and onboarding new starters into the business.

You will be the first face for all new starters kick starting the journey into a fully fledged contact centre which includes upskilling around systems and customer journeys.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Upbeat and be an ambassador on all company values and processes
• Seek opportunity of improving customer journeys
• Onboarding new starters within a training environment
• Line managing the induction process for all employees
• Creating engaging content for training purposes and lessons
• Supporting via techniques such as 121s, coaching, group forums, third party support networks
• Stake holder management and leadership relationships
• Feedback loops for operational leaders
• Ongoing support and training for operational teams

Skills & Experience

• Customer service experience essential
• Contact centre experience essential
• Experience of working within a training environment essential
• Previous leadership experience essential
• Healthcare background desirable
