Due to an ever-growing UK client base and a recent global acquisition resulting in increased workload, our client is seeking to expand their specialist team with the addition of an enthusiastic Control System Support Coordinator to support end users of their bespoke software as well as Field Service Engineers carrying out control systems commissioning.  

The ideal candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to £30,000 as well as other employee perks including genuine career progression into roles such as a Field Service Engineer and/or Control System & Commissioning Engineer.  

As this is an office-based position, applicants should live locally to Nottingham to ease their commute. You will be expected to accompany engineers in the field on occasions which will enhance your training and career development opportunities with this employer.  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond to raised issues via bespoke ticketing system 
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users, resolving and reporting issues/faults within a timely manner 
• Escalate complicated technical issues to the appropriate team, reporting to a manager if ‘trending’  
• Learn and utilise internal CRM & WMS system, applications, and devices 
• Adhere to company processes and procedures to ensure customer standards are maintained  

Skills & Qualifications

• Confident level of IT experience including networks, servers, operating systems and infrastructure  
• Confident communicator with customers and colleagues 
• Experience in proven fault identifications and troubleshooting beneficial 
• Possess a passion for engineering and tech, with willingness to learn and develop skillset and career 
• Flexible and willing attitude towards field work and out of office hours overtime on occasions
