Express Recruitment are working with a respectable educational organisation who provide professional academic and clinical training courses for Psychotherapy and Counselling. Due to continued success and a recent office move, our client is seeking a Qualified Course Leader (accredited as psychotherapist within the UKCP), to deliver an Experiential Psychotherapy programme to their students.

Our client work in partnership with a reputable university to provide training to recent graduates, and therefore the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to partnership with Facilitators from all backgrounds, shaping the next generation of Psychotherapists!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a team of staff who are responsible for delivering courses
• Oversee the development of curriculums and implement processes for improvements
• Create training and compliance packs for new facilitators
• Ensure relevant criteria is met during marking and assessments
• Produce and co-ordinate timetables and review structure of programmes

Skills & Experience

• Must hold a relevant qualification / be accredited as a Psychotherapist within the UKCP
• Previous Leadership and Management experience within a similar setting
• Demonstratable ability to implement to processes following best practice
• Knowledge of UKCP Child Psychotherapeutic Counselling Standards of Education and Training legislation
• Ability to meet strict timescale deadlines
