We are currently recruiting for an established, thriving international company based in NG8, who are looking for experienced candidates to join their busy customer support team. You will be the main point of contact with the aim of delivering the highest levels of customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end customer service experience
  • Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email in an efficient and effective manner
  • Build strong relationships with contracted customers and service providers
  • Collate monthly billings for customers accurately

Skills & Experience

  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office packages
  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Hours: Full Time, 3-shift system between the hours of 6am and 10pm

Salary: Up to c£20,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Nottingham
