Express Recruitment’s established client is currently looking for energetic and outgoing customer service professionals who are looking to move into sales to join their vibrant sales team in the heart of Derby’s business district.

Our client is offering a basic salary of up to c£25,000 plus commission, sociable working hours, and genuine career progression.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact both new and old customers and advise them on the company’s services
• Create daily spreadsheets, recording all sales figures
• Negotiate and close clients on the phone
• Respond to incoming queries, via email and telephone
• Provide service and product knowledge to clients over the phone and email

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role essential
• Experience working in a sales office/ call centre desirable
• Ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment
• Flexible attitude
