In this role you will be responsible for dealing with inbound calls from customers and stakeholders, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a professional manner. You are there to help achieve customer excellence and to continuously improve the overall customer experience.

The hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with no weekend work. Due to the location of their offices, a driving licence is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deal with a large number of inbound calls and act accordingly
• Resolve customer queries and complaints via phone and email
• Input tickets onto the internal system, using the bespoke database
• Recommend potential products to customers and assess their needs
• Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant place

Skills & Experience

• Proven customer support experience
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to prioritise and manage workload
