In this role you will be responsible for dealing with inbound calls from customers and stakeholders, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a professional manner. You are there to help achieve customer excellence and to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
The hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with no weekend work. Due to the location of their offices, a driving licence is essential.
