We’re on the search for experienced professionals, with a flair for delivering excellent customer service, to join a rapidly expanding business. Offices are comfortably commutable from Leicester City Centre, Loughborough, Birstall and Syston, however full work from home options are also available.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, delivering excellent customer service at all time.
The role will involve working 37.5 hours a week across shifts Monday to Friday, from 8:00am – 8:00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays. Starting salary is £18,500 however this will increase to £21,500 after successful completion of probation.
To be successful, you will have previous customer service experience, either in retail, contact centre or office based environment. You will be confident talking to customers, with a professional telephone manner and a helpful approach. The successful candidate will also have good IT skills, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Salary: c£21,500 per annum D.O.E + £4,000 bonus
