Urgent requirement for full time Customer Service Professionals, interview this week to start next week!

Our wonderful client requires numerous Customer Service Executives to join their growing support centre on the outskirts of Leicester. This position will be heavily customer focused and will involve responding to customers queries via telephone and emails. This role would suit people who have worked in customer focused roles such as, retail, hospitality and contact centres.

The hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 14.30 – 10.30.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers via telephone and email
  • Place orders for customers over the phone and email
  • Respond to any customer queries in regard to products
  • Liaise with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure stock is being shipped in a timely manner

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service experience essential
  • Polite and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Driving Licence essential due to location of company
