Reviewing and implementing further changes really tickle your fancy?

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic market leader who are looking for a gifted and able senior stakeholder within the Customer Success Function to really take the mantle. You will manage a team of c15 inclusive of a Team Leader. This role is really focussed on the strategy behind a successful Customer Services function and you must be able to demonstrate this throughout the interview process.

What we need to see from you:

You will have a track-record of success, with the stats to back you up

Have worked you worked in a fast-growing, sales first business, ideally within financial services or tech

Be a firm believer in proactivity within the Customer Services function and help to drive sales via leads generated from the team

Nice to have:

Experience managing a multi-national team

Degree educated
