Express Recruitment are looking for an outgoing Customer Service Supervisor to join our client’s fast paced Customer Service team. If you are a driven individual who is passionate about delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction, then we would like to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will be able to identify and implement training strategies to help improve their team’s performance, and work closely with Training Officers and Management to implement quality initiatives.

This is a full-time role working on a shift pattern on a hybrid basis with a competitive salary of c£24,000.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead all quality related activities within the contact centre
• Review and feedback team performance and provide feedback to Training Officer and Management
• Maintain knowledge of current customer service and quality industry trends
• Implement a new in-house quality framework and optimise on current framework
• Run regular feedback sessions to help identify concerns and improve performance

Skills & Experience 

• Significant experience in a similar contact centre role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Positive attitude and mindset
• Exceptional written and verbal skills
• Natural ability to work independently within an established team
