Express Recruitment are looking for an outgoing Customer Service Supervisor to join our client’s fast paced Customer Service team. If you are a driven individual who is passionate about delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction, then we would like to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will be able to identify and implement training strategies to help improve their team’s performance, and work closely with Training Officers and Management to implement quality initiatives.
This is a full-time role working on a shift pattern on a hybrid basis with a competitive salary of c£24,000.

Hours: Shift pattern, 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm or 11:00am-8:00pm
Salary: c£24,000 per annum D.O.E
