We are currently recruiting for an established, thriving global company based close to Nottingham city centre. They are looking to expand their busy customer service team by recruiting an experienced Customer Service professional!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
• Support with general administration tasks as required
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Complaint handling and objection handling.
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
• Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous
• Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
• Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
