Express Recruitment is excited to be working with an industry leading company in Nottingham. Our client is looking for a Customer Success Executive to join their team. The role will involve developing and maintaining customer relationships to promote growth for the company. You will help support the Account Managers and Sales team to ensure excellent customer service is provided to clients.

The ideal candidate will have a very strong customer service background, previous managerial experience, and exceptional communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Utilise opportunities to upsell to existing customers to increase recurring revenue
• Contribute to the creation of internal strategies for client accounts
• Create sales quotations, commercial proposals for clients
• Work towards SLAs to ensure client satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Conduct Detailed client research to and keep up to date with all information

Skills & Experience

• A strong customer service background
• Superb communication skills both written and verbal
• Good IT skills, to include MS Office
• Able to naturally build a rapport
