Our client is looking to recruit a customer success manager to join their fast-growing and forward-thinking team. Within this role you’ll be responsible for the whole customer journey from retention, adoption, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong customer success experience in a B2B situation, along with background within account management. The role would fit a charismatic, creative, and highly organised individual looking to solidify a career within customer services and client relations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Developing the whole customer journey
  • Providing ongoing support and training for customers
  • Delivering monthly strategy reviews to demonstrate RIO to customers
  • Building and establishing relationships with customers through social media

Skills & Experience  

  • Strong experience of digital marketing
  • Previous knowledge of SaaS platforms is desirable
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • A creative and pro-active mindset
  • Experience of running and training web seminars

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Salary: Up to c£25,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Derby
