Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaise with various members and teams across the business to develop a clear understanding of the direction and roles of each member and the team as a whole
• Maintaining the company’s quality standards for developed software and test frameworks
• Act as the primary point of communication for customers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Working in a Scrum Agile environment and actively participate and chair progress sessions during sprints and meetings
• Ensure pre-contractual agreements are adhered to throughout software project lifecycle
• Communicate client led information and project updates to software development and testing teams 

Skills & Experience

• Understand the full lifecycle of software development
• Previous ‘hands on’ software testing experience desirable but not essential
• Demonstrable communication skills on all senior levels
• Competencies with Java, TypeScript/JavaScript and HTML
• Proven people management or team leadership experience needed
