Due to continued expansion out of their UK based head office, our client are on the search for a talented UK Marketing Manager to help the company hit its commercial goals, implement new marketing strategies, and lead the UK marketing team. This company is a global enterprise but the role only covers the UK Marketing team and has 2 direct reports. It is a true player-manager position with a blend of hands-on tasks and team management.

The successful candidate will be an all-rounder with who is just as happy getting hands on as they are with creating a marketing strategy and managing budgets.

This role is fantastic for an ambitious individual, who wants to have a real impact on the success of a company through the delivery of excellent marketing.

Duties to include:

• Working cross functionally to design and implement a group marketing strategy
• Overseeing and developing the marketing budget
• Producing regular engaging content for the company website and social media channels
• Improving website performance through PPC and SEO
• Analysing web and social performance for both organic and paid leads
• Adhering to brand guidelines to ensure consistency in delivery
• Liaising closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and report on product performance
• Liaise with other international marketing managers

Background:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience of handling a Marketing budget essential
• Good knowledge of digital marketing, to include SEO and PPC
• Hands on approach to delivery
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
