Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established, thriving company based near to Nottingham City Centre. Our client is looking to expand their busy team, by recruiting a Dutch speaking bilingual Customer Service professional to join their growing team!

Duties to include:

· Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email

· Process customer information and details onto the bespoke system

· Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently

· Support with general administration tasks as required

· Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area


· Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English essential

· Professional telephone manner and communication skills

· Experience in a specific telephone based customer service role highly advantageous

· Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions

· Previous administration experience advantageous

· Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
