The ideal candidate will be meticulous in identifying areas of improvement and will confidently implement new processes, policies and procedures to benefit the business and its teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and co-ordinate duties for a medium team of support staff
• Chair and attend confidential meetings with wider teams
• Produce reports based on findings used from confidential student data
• Provide training and support on internal processes and systems
• Support with the recruitment and onboarding process
• Ensure all student information is accurate and efficient at all times

Skills & Experience

• Demonstratable ability of working in an environment with vulnerable people
• Experience of managing a small to medium sized teams
• Background education/SEN advantageous
• Experience of supporting with recruitment
• Excellent IT skills, proficiency using school packages
