Our client is looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting young adults with the provision of alternative options for education or employment, dependent on their personal circumstances.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work alongside the local councils to support those within the Youth Justice System
• Manage caseloads for a high volume of children and young people
• Provide 121 support to individuals aged 10+, dependent on circumstance
• Signpost to relevant third-party organisations, highlighting safeguarding concerns
• Attend participants homes or external locations, completing improvement meetings

Background and Qualifications

• Experience of working within an environment with vulnerable/challenging individuals
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Confident delivering CIAG
• Able to show compassion and build rapport with participants
• Experience of working towards targets preferred
• Passionate about helping people/making a difference
