Roles & Responsibilities

• To attract, register, support and progress programme participants
• Use a variety of techniques to influence participants perception of working and therefore achieve sustainable employment, including; effective diagnosis, coaching and training on a one-to-one or group basis, action planning and health & wellbeing support.
• Deliver the service in varies locations, co-location sites and community venues, to ensure our services are accessible to all
• Manage own workload/diary and adhere to deadlines
• Achieve set targets
• Help participants identify barriers and achieve a better lifestyle

Skills & Experience

• Experience working within the mental health or social care industry essential
• Good local knowledge of support services and employment opportunities
• Have a can do it attitude
• IAG qualification, counselling, coaching qualifications desirable
• Experience of working towards challenging targets
• Full UK Driving Licence essential with access to own vehicle
