Roles & Responsibilities

• Registering and supporting participants with barriers to work
• Supporting via techniques such as 121s, coaching, group forums, third party support networks
• Deliver the service across Buxton and the high peaks
• Flexible diary management for the participants
• Set action plans for participants
• Refer to local services for wellbeing and vulnerable participants

Skills & Experience

• Employability background essential
• Experience of working within an advisory position
• Local knowledge of the area and third parties
• Making a difference and changing communities
• Driving license essential (Own Car)
