Our client is looking for ambitious and motivated individuals looking to help out with a large influx of new business on the viewings and enquiries team within a leading UK real estate firm.

No property experience is required, all you need to be successful is an interest in property coupled with a can-do attitude and a desire to be successful.

The role comes with a company car which can be used for private use outside of work, fantastic holiday package and an excellent commission structure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accompany the client around the property in line with company guidelines
• Promote the benefits of the property for sales and lettings enquiries
• Feedback to sales staff comments from potential purchasers with detailed forms
• Assist with advert writing for properties
• Book in enquiries from website bookings and telephone calls

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in customer services or administration essential
• UK Drivers license essential
• Excellent communication skills
• First class attention to detail
• A committed team player
• Able to manage a busy workload and work to targets

Vacancy Summary 

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday (9am-6pm), Saturday’s (9am – 3pm) (if worked, one day off in the week is granted)

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum D.O.E + Commission + Company Vehicle
