You will work closely with the wider Support team to manage all of the company’s Estonian customer accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
• Support with general administration tasks as required
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area

Skills & Experience

• Fluent in Estonian and English essential
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills
• Previous experience working in retail / customer services / hospitality advantageous
• Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
• Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
