Our client is looking to recruit a talented Campaign & Events Manager for their central Nottingham charity headquarters. Fundraising is at the heart of this role, as continuing to raise vital funds to keep this charity going is at the core of all they do.

Following the end of the pandemic, corporate partnerships have been on the top of the agenda, and as a result of the team’s hard work, they now have a requirement for a full time Campaigns and Events professional to keep these B2B relationships blossoming, as well as opening new doors for fundraising across the corporate world.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hold accountability to the Board for visible increase in support for the charity
• Produce regular updates to notify donors on how their donation has been used
• Follow up leads with the aim of promoting further B2B sponsorship opportunities
• Act as the face of the charity at local B2B networking events and annual dinners
• Manage regular events for the charity from idea conception to ‘on the night’ management
• Run corporate campaigns in partnership with local businesses of all sizes
• Ensure content is regularly shared across social media, websites, and PR material

Skills & Experience:

• Down to earth manner, with an understanding of charity culture
• Confident and outgoing with strong B2B relationship skills
• Existing contacts within the corporate world
• Previous experience within voluntary sector desirable but not essential
• Events management experience essential
• Realistic understanding of the necessity to follow leads/convert donations to ensure the role is viable

Salary: c£30,000 per annum D.O.E

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Basis: Permanent

Hours: Full time, 4 days may be considered
