Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large multi-national enterprise who are seeking their latest intake of Graduates to join their illustrious team. This role plays an integral part to the growth of the firm, taking charge of ensuring that each event has sufficient delegate attendance across several core markets including pharma, finance, legal and tax.

The organisation is highly respected in their field and offer incredibly attractive progression routes both within delegate management & across other operational factions of the organisation. There is also the opportunity for worldwide travel or potential secondments to other worldwide offices!

In return, you will receive a basic salary of c£26,000 with an OTE of c£39,000 alongside a fantastic benefits package.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the range and suitability of the events and courses.
• Speak with key decision makers within various large organisations and sell opportunities to attend delegate sales events
• Liaise with other departments internally
• Identify cross selling opportunities.
• Understand the client’s needs and providing them with information about live and future events.
• Attend events in the UK and other countries worldwide.

Skills & Experience

• Previous sales experience required
• Degree education preferred or experience in a telephone-based role
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven by the opportunity to earn commission & hungry for progression within the business
