Our client is looking to expand their busy team, by recruiting a German speaking bilingual Customer Service professional to manage customer queries and provide administrative support.

Roles & Responsibilities

Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email

Provide any administrative support regarding any queries

Process customer orders onto a bespoke database

Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently

Support with general administration tasks as required

Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area

Skills & Experience

Bilingual written and verbal communication skills essential

Professional telephone manner and communication skills

Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous

Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions

Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods

Hours: Full time

Location: Nottingham

Salary: c£20,000 – £22,000 D.O.E
